About the Journal
The Journal "Matematychna Fizyka, Analiz, Heometriya" was organized on the basis of the mathematical collections "Function Theory, Functional Analysis and their Applications" and "Ukrainian Geometric Collection", which were published in Kharkiv in 1965-1992, and collections of mathematical works of researchers of the mathematical departments of B. Verkin Institute for Low Temperatures Physics and Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, which had been being published in Kharkiv in 1969–1992. The journal had been being published since 1994 till June 2005. Since July 2005, the journal has been published under the title "Journal of Mathematical Physics, Analysis, Geometry." The Editor-in-Chief of the journal in 1994–1999 was Volodymyr Oleksandrovych Marchenko, in 2000–2005 was Iosyp Volodymyrovych Ostrovskyi.
The journal "Matematychna Fizyka, Analiz, Heometriya" was published quarterly. The journal was founded by Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Ministry of Education of Ukraine, B. Verkin Institute for Low Temperatures Physics and Engineering of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Kharkiv State University.
